• UK Orders: Shipped via Royal Mail.
• International Orders: Shipped via the destination’s national postal service or UPS for some destinations. Additional delivery charges may apply for orders outside the UK.

  On rare occasions, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we can only escalate the matter to the courier and must wait for their resolution before taking further action.

Shipping Address Accuracy:

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

• If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is misdirected, we will not refund the postage cost.
• If you request a reshipment, you will be required to pay for additional postage.
• If you choose to cancel the order after it is returned to us, we will only refund the product cost, excluding shipping fees.
