  • Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
    Providing the correct shipping address is the customer’s responsibility.
  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is returned to us, we will not refund the original postage cost.
  • If you would like the order to be re-shipped, you will be required to pay for the additional postage.
  • To avoid delivery issues, please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
  • A photo of the damaged/incorrect item
  • Your order number

    We will review the issue and determine the best course of action.

  • Non-Returnable Items
    All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any purchases.
